Jamison Cottages Policies for Reservations, Rental, Payment and Responsibility:

Reservations phoned or emailed are taken after the first day of each year.  Deposit of 50% of the rent
is due within ten days after reservation has been made. After ten days reservations are canceled if the deposit
is not received. Payment may be made by personal check, money order, or certified check.

Final payment along with $200 damage deposit must be made 30 days before arrival.  Damage deposit will
be returned within 45 days of checkout if no damage is found.

All rental fees are subject to NC sales and accommodations tax.

The 2007 season begins May 5--and ends September 29.  Weekly rental periods begin Saturday at 3 PM.
Check out is the following Saturday at 10 AM.  Inquire by email or phone for off-season rental information
and rates.

Church groups will be give a 10% discount if payment is made by church check.

When you arrive two keys will be found in the lock box.  The combination to your lockbox will be given to
you upon receipt of your final payment. There will be a $25 charge for any lost key.  If you lock yourself out
a $50 cash charge will be paid to the person who comes to let you in.

Place both keys on the dining table and lock the door before 10 AM your final day.  We expect you to wash
dirty dishes, remove all food, empty trash and do simple cleaning before 10 AM the day you depart.  After you
leave our cleaning staff will be there between 10 AM and 3 PM to make a final check of the property and clean
if necessary.

If you need to cancel your reservation notify us as soon as possible.  Only if the cottage is re-rented for that period
will your rent be refunded less a 25% fee.

No pets are allowed in the cottage, or on the beaches in Carolina Beach.  No fires are permitted on the beach.
Fireworks are illegal in North Carolina.  On Jamison Cottage property, outdoors cooking is permitted only on
proper grills.  Violations will be grounds for lease termination with no refund.

Cottages are completely furnished and equipped.  An inventory list is found in your cottage.  Please report a dirty
cottage, or broken or missing items within the first few hours of arrival.  If you arrive late at night, report problems
the following morning after 9 AM.  You will be responsible for missing or broken items after that.  We supply dishes,
cutlery and cooking utensils.  Bring your own pillowcases, sheets, towels and paper products.  We aim to keep all
equipment in good working condition and will have any malfunctioning equipment repaired as soon as possible, but we
will make no refund or rebate because of equipment failure.

This is a Family oriented beach.  The cottages are Family owned.  We accept only Family Groups.  No reservations
from fraternities, sororities, high school or college groups will be accepted.  There are to be no house parties.  The
person whose name is on the application will be responsible for all damage.  Any group that reserves a cottage
or cottages giving false information will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.
